MYHA GIRLS' 14UU AA BLUE TEAM IS HEADING TO NATIONAL!!

Mike Bazzone's Girls' 14U AA team will advance to the Southeastern District Tournament after winning the Potomac Valley Affiliate Playoffs this weekend. Mike's squad won all 3 of their round robin games to enter the playoff final on Sunday as the first seed. They defeated the Tri City Eagle's to earn the right to advance to the Southeastern District Tournament in March in Wesley Chapel, Florida. Congratulations to Mike and his 14U Girls!

3/12/23: MYHA Girls' 14U AA Blue competed in the finals of the Southeastern District tournament and earned a spot at USA Nationals!

MYHA Girls' Programs & Events

MYHA aims to offer young female hockey players opportunities to compete at the level that is commensurate with their development and desired commitment as a hockey player, from beginner to college bound, in a community that fosters camaraderie, a lifetime love of the game, and outstanding sportsmanship.

We will also be organizing supplemental events throughout the season to further build the Girls community at MYHA and in the region.

For players looking for an all-girls experience, MYHA will offer the following teams:

19U (National Bound), 16U (National Bound), 14U (National Bound), 14U Travel, 12U Travel (Upper/Lower), 10U Travel
- Teams will compete in the CBHL girls divisions, the AGHF Showcase League as well as select tournaments throughout the season
- Travel teams will generally practice twice a week in addition to a skills clinic once a week, and play 1-2 games per weekend. Practices start in late August, and the season runs through early March and/or through CBHL and USAH playoffs/Nationals.
