Exciting time for former MYHA player Patrick Giles, who played in his first NHL game on Saturday October 12. Patrick began his hockey career with MYHA, went on to play with Landon and Team Maryland locally, then the USA Hockey National Team Development Program (NTDP) , Boston College and the Charlotte Checkers in the AHL.
