MYHA Ice Devils kicked off their 10U girls’ season at the inaugural Mid-Atlantic Girls Showcase at Hatfield Ice Arena in Colmar, PA. The evenly split 2012/2013 Ice Devils came out strong in their first game Friday night, securing a 5-1 win against the home team Lady Patriots. Tournament play continued the next day with a win over the Jr. Flyers and an exciting neck and neck game resulting in a 3-3 tie against the Patriots. Final play took place Sunday morning, where the team secured their place at the top of the standings with another win over the Jr. Flyers. The coaching staff were happy with the solid effort put forth by all players and are excited to see how far this team will go this season.

The team will begin CBHL league play this weekend against Tomorrow’s Ice in Harford, Maryland and AGHF league play the weekend of September 24th at Ice Vault in Wayne, New Jersey, where the team will take on the Princeton Tiger Lilies, Saugerties Fillies, NJ Bandits, and NY Islanders.
