14 round shootout wrapped up the final game of the 12U A2 Division at the Congressional Cup Tournament during the Presidents’ Day weekend!
 
MYHA 12U UA Gold (2009) team had beaten Navy in the semi-final to face-off against top-seeded undefeated Ashburn team in the division final. After trailing 4-1 at the end of 2nd period, 12U UA Gold team rallied, and the game was tied 4-4 in regulation and overtime. Each team faced 14 rounds in the shootout before the victory was clinched by Ashburn.
